Nova Conscious LLC operates EVA, a personal communication and location sharing platform that allows users to share updates, recordings, location information, and status information with contacts they choose. EVA helps users stay connected with trusted contacts through user initiated notifications and account based communications.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

EVA may collect:

• Name

• Email address

• Mobile phone number

• Trusted contact information

• Device information

• Location information voluntarily shared by the user

• User-generated activity and status information

• Audio, video, photographs, and media files generated and shared by the user

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information collected through EVA may be used to:

• Create and manage user accounts

• Deliver user-requested notifications

• Notify trusted contacts selected by the user

SMS CONSENT

Participation in EVA SMS messaging is entirely optional.

Users may create and use an EVA account without agreeing to receive SMS messages.

Users may choose to receive transactional SMS messages only by:

Providing a mobile phone number and

Affirmatively selecting a separate, optional, and initially unchecked SMS consent checkbox that clearly authorizes EVA to send transactional SMS messages.

SMS consent is completely separate from acceptance of EVA's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Users who do not provide SMS consent may still create and use an EVA account with access to all standard platform features that do not require SMS messaging.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to create an account, use EVA, or make any purchase.

Users may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or by updating their notification preferences within their account, where available.

TRUSTED CONTACTS

By adding trusted contacts, users confirm they have permission to provide contact information and authorize EVA to send notifications to those contacts.

Trusted contacts may receive:

• User name

• Location information voluntarily shared by the user

• Recordings and media shared by the user

• Status updates

• Links to information shared by the user

Trusted contacts who receive ongoing SMS notifications must independently provide their own consent where required and may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

DATA SECURITY

Nova Conscious implements commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

DATA RETENTION

Information is retained only as long as necessary to:

• Provide EVA services

• Maintain account functionality

• Meet legal obligations

• Resolve disputes

• Enforce agreements

THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

EVA may use trusted third-party service providers, including:

• Cloud hosting providers

• SMS delivery providers

• Location service providers

• Customer support tools

• Analytics providers

These providers receive only the information necessary to perform services on EVA's behalf and are contractually required to protect that information.

MOBILE INFORMATION PRIVACY

Nova Conscious and EVA do not sell, rent, share, transfer, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent information is used solely to deliver user-authorized transactional communications and to comply with applicable messaging regulations.

Mobile information is used only to provide EVA services, account notifications, user requested communications, trusted contact notifications, location sharing updates, and customer support.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Children under 13 may use EVA only with parental consent and supervision.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Nova Conscious reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
