EVA is a user-initiated communication platform. Every interaction begins with the user. Users choose when to activate the service, what information to share, and which trusted contacts they personally select to receive updates. EVA does not send unsolicited messages or monitor users automatically.

Users remain in complete control of when information is created, stored, and shared.

Start When You Choose

A user opens EVA and decides when to:

• Create a secure record

• Share a location update

• Record audio or video

• Send a status update

• Notify trusted contacts

Every action is initiated by the user.

Share With Trusted Contacts

Users choose exactly who can receive updates.

Trusted contacts only receive notifications when the user intentionally shares information through the EVA app.

Notifications may include:

• Status updates

• Location updates

• Shared recordings

• Secure links to user-selected information

Access EVA Quickly

Users can launch EVA using supported device features, including:

• Siri Shortcuts

• Apple Action Button

• Home Screen Widget

• NFC-enabled EVA wearable (when available)

These features simply open the EVA application so the user can choose what action to take.

Device Emergency Calling

If a user chooses the Emergency Button, EVA may open the device’s emergency calling option where available. Emergency calls are handled by local emergency services, not EVA.

EVA SMS messages are separate account and trusted-contact notifications.

EVA does not dispatch emergency responders, monitor emergencies, or replace 911 or local emergency services.
